The ingredients needed to cook Green Chilli Paste:

  1. Take 15 of long Green Chillies.
  2. Take 10-12 of Lasan(garlic cloves).
  3. Get 1/4 cup of Coriander leaves/ dhania.
  4. Use 1 tsp of jeera /cumin seeds.
  5. Prepare As needed of Water.

  1. Wash Chillies, Lasan, Coriander Leaves and put it in Mixer...
  2. Add Zeera.
  3. Now add Lil Water and make a paste..
  4. Consistency of the paste should be medium.paste is ready to use.

Once the coriander and green chilies have been blended and smooth, mix them together properly, taste if you need more green chilies till you're happy with the heat. Next, add in your garlic, salt and ground cumin powder and mix well again. Give another taste and make sure the heat and salt is to your liking, finally add in your oil and mix again.
